Outdoor Wall Games
Following recent fundraising events by the Parents Association, we are please to say that a portion of these funds have allowed the school to purchase four Outdoor magnetic Wall games. These wall games were recently erected within the playgrounds. Manufactured from steel, dipped in galvanised coating, digitally printed and laminated with a UV protective film making them a very robust, durable and maintenance free product. These boards will provide an alterative active for pupils during their break times.

Kids Recipe Book
The Parents Association are planning to publish a Kids Recipe Book at the 6th Class Bake Sale to raise further funds for the school. We are asking all pupils to get involved. A template will be sent home and the ask is for kids to include their favorite recipe. This can be a starter, main course, dessert – anything at all! We’d love to have pictures included, any stories behind the recipe or even why a particular recipe is special to them.
Clothes Collection
The Parents Association are organising at clothes collection for Friday May 5th. The company facilitating this collection, Bag2School, will also don’t 4cent per kg of from the collection to Laura Lynn foundation. Items to include clean reusable clothing, paired shoes, belts, handbags, towels, curtains. No duvets or pillows. All Items may be dropped into the school hall daily from Monday 1st May at the following times 920am – 940am and 2pm -3pm up to morning of May 5th.
80’s / 90’s / 00’s Disco Fundraiser
The Parents Association are organising a Disco Fundraiser with DJ Alli B on Friday 10th February in the Manor. Doors will open at 930pm. Tickets €15 available online gorallyup.com/discointhemanor; from Reception at the Lakeside Manor and local shops. This disco is for over 21’s only.
