FAI Primary Schools 5 a-side Competition

Our Boys and Girls Teams recently took part in the FAI 5 a side competition.  Both teams played very competitive football at the Bailieboro Celtic grounds.  The Boys were unlucky on the day, with the girls successful in their round of matches.

Cross Country Running & Girls Football Blitz

Congratulations to all of our pupils that participated in the Cross Country Running in Killinkere on October 12th.  We are very proud of each and every one of them.

All pupils completed the 1000m, 800m or 600m in their relevant category.  Our Junior Boys team placed 2nd and our Senior Girls Team placed 3rd in the Intermediate schools competition, which is fantastic.  One of our 6th Class pupils, Ethan Livingstone, won an individual medal having placed in the top 12.  This is a wonderful achievement as there was in excess of 600 participants.

Thank you to Ms Rahill for overseeing the event and our SNA Ms Mc Kiernan for accompanying and supporting all our pupils.

Our girls football team took part in a 7 a side football blitz on October 14th in Eureka Secondary School.  A lovely day was had by all, with thanks to Ms Rahill for supporting.
